“Welcome back fans! I hope you’re as excited as we are to kick off the inaugural season of Arena Football I.

“This spring serves as a rebirth of the arena football product that fans across Tampa Bay have long enjoyed. We have high expectations, intend to win, and plan to build upon our reputation as five-time world champions.

“The coaching staff and myself are really looking forward to getting back to work on the gridiron and providing fans with the highest quality football product in the entire league. The 2010 season is quickly approaching and I can’t wait to get back on the sidelines to watch our guys compete for a sixth title, as some of our marquee players such as Brett Dietz, Hank Edwards and Tyrone Timmons return to the action.

“I am very proud of the success and tradition that we have been able to build over the past two decades and I know how important our fan base has been to that success. I consider the Tampa Bay Storms fans to be the best in the country and I look forward to continuing our success in the future with your support. It feels great to be back, and GO STORM!!”
