The Arena Football League announced at the League’s annual awards banquet that the Tampa Bay Storm was awarded the 2015 Arena Football League Support Staff of the Year Award. This recognition not only includes the team’s front office staff, but also the Media Relations and Operations departments, along with Player Personnel, Coaches, Management and Equipment staff.

“The Tampa Bay Storm has the dedication and drive to be the best franchise in the Arena Football League both on and off the field,” said Tampa Bay Storm President Derrick Brooks. “This award shows the collective effort that everyone here at Tampa Bay Sports and Entertainment puts forth in providing a world class atmosphere for its fans, employees and fellow members of the Arena Football League.”

As an inaugural member of the Arena Football League, the Tampa Bay Storm has strived to be the model AFL organization. This past season, the team led the League in attendance for the first time since the 2011 season, with over 100,000 fans filling AMALIE Arena.

This is the second organizational award for the Storm franchise, with the team winning the Source One Support Staff of the Year award in 2012.
