TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Storm is pleased to announce that veteran wide receiver T.T. Toliver has earned the AFL Highlight of the Week in the Storm’s 67-34 loss to the Jacksonville Sharks.

AFL Highlight of the Week:  Toliver (6-foot, 185 lbs., Bethune-Cookman) made history this past weekend, when he became the Arena Football League’s all-time leader in receiving yards.  The Daytona native passed AFL Hall of Famer Damian Harrell on a 13-yard touchdown in the second quarter.  He now has 15,232 yards and ranks fifth all-time in professional football history.  The 13-year veteran needs just 61 yards to surpass Randy Moss (15,292) for fourth place all-time.

Toliver is also on his way to becoming the League’s all-time leader in receptions.  He now needs five catches to surpass Harrell (1,164).  When he achieves this milestone, he will rank third all-time in professional football history behind Jerry Rice (1.549) and Tony Gonzalez (1,325).

This is Toliver’s second weekly AFL award this season.
