Lock In Your Seats For The 2016 Storm Season
The Tampa Bay Storm are pleased to offer two (2) payment options to assist our STMs. Payment plans require 25% down and a credit card on file that will be automatically charged within 48 hours of the dates listed below. It is the responsibility of the account holder to provide the Tampa Bay Storm with a new card in the event your card expires or is lost or stolen.
You may elect to pay your 2016 account in full on or before the end of the game on August 1, 2015.
Enjoy the flexibility of paying over time! Playment plans are available in four (4) or eight (8) month installments.

Q: What other benefits does my STM Card include?
A: In addition to granting you access into the Amalie Arena for 2016 regular and post season home games, your STM Card also includes a RFID chip. This chip grants you 15% off food and beverage and 25% off Storm merchandise at Tampa Bay Sports (powered by Reebok) for all Storm home games.
Q: How do I give tickets to friends, family, employees and/or clients?
A: Forwarding your tickets to friends, family, employees and/or clients can be done free of charge electronically via My Storm Account.
Ticket forwarding and reprinting: This feature allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. Lost your card? You can reprint your tickets for the next game from your home.
*Once you forward or reprint your tickets your STM Card will not be valid for entry to that specific game. However, it will still act as your ticket for entry to future games.
Q: What if my STM Card is lost or stolen?
A: In the event your card is lost or stolen please contact your Client Services Manager or Client Services at 813.301.6800. The remaining tickets on your membership will be printed on paper stock and a new discount card will be issued.
Note: your first reprint is complimentary. Additional reprints will require a nominal fee.
Never Waste A Seat Ticket Exchange Program
The Tampa Bay Storm are committed to making sure that your membership delivers its full value. With our “Never waste a seat” Ticket Exchange Program you can trade in seats that you know you cannot use. Call your account representative 48 hours in advance of the game you cannot attend and we’ll take those seats back and replace them with seats to another game. Replacement seats of equal or lesser value.
Donate Your Tickets to Charity
If you have tickets that you can’t use, or just like to donate to a good cause, you can now do so quickly and easily online. Simply log onto “My Storm Account”, select the ticket(s) you wish to donate, then select “Donate Tickets”. Your tickets will be donated to the Lightning Foundation. Please make donations a minimum of 72 hours prior to the game.
