12-Month Recurring Payment Option
New for the 2017 season, the Tampa Bay Storm are pleased to offer a 12-month recurring payment plan option that allows you to renew annually without the hassle of an invoice or follow up. It is the NEW and simple way to ensure you keep your Storm seats each year without having to navigate the renewal process! With the 12-month recurring payment plan, monthly payments start at under $15 per seat. Payments will be charged on the 1st of each month from August 1, 2016 to July 1, 2017.
It’s simple! Sign up online at www.mystormnation.com or with your rep at an upcoming game to select the payment plan by completing the 2017 Storm ticket agreement. You can pay in full for your 2017 membership or elect the 12-month plan by providing a credit card. Next season and each year after, you will agree to a recurring payment plan. If you do not opt out during the annual dues notification period, your account will automatically be renewed.
Yes! If the recurring payment option does not fit your needs, you can still renew with either payment in full or a 6-month payment plan for the 2017 season.
Q: What other benefits does my STM Card include?
A: In addition to granting you access into the Amalie Arena for 2017 regular and post season home games, your STM Card can also be used for 15% off food and beverage and 25% off Storm merchandise at the Tampa Bay Sports Store (powered by Reebok) for all Storm home games.
Q: How do I give tickets to friends, family, employees and/or clients?
A: Forwarding your tickets to friends, family, employees and/or clients can be done free of charge electronically via My Storm Account.
Ticket forwarding and reprinting: This feature allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. Lost your card? You can reprint your tickets for the next game from home!
Once you forward or reprint your tickets your STM Card will not be valid for entry to that specific game. However, it will still act as your ticket for entry to future games.
Q: What if my STM Card is lost or stolen?
A: In the event your card is lost or stolen please contact your Membership Services Executive or Client Services at 813.301.6800. The remaining tickets on your membership will be printed on paper stock and a new discount card will be issued.

Storm Season Ticket Members have the opportunity to purchase a Season Parking Pass. One (1) complimentary parking pass is provided for every four (4) premium seats on an account.
