Q: What other benefits does my STM Card include?
A: In addition to granting you access into the Tampa Bay Times Forum for 2012 regular and post season home games, your STM Card also includes a RFID chip in it. This chip grants you 15% off food and beverage and 25% off Storm merchandise at the Lightning Locker for all Storm home games.

Q: How do I give tickets to friends, family, employees and/or clients?
A: Forwarding your tickets to friends, family, employees and/or clients can be done electronically via My Storm Account.

Ticket forwarding and reprinting: This feature allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. Lost your card? You can reprint your tickets for the next game from your home.

• Log onto tampabaystorm.com
• Click on the STM Page
• Click on “My Storm Account”
• Enter your account number and password
• If you are signing in for the first time, your password will be the same as your account number. Be sure to change it for your security.
• Select the tickets or group of tickets you wish to send or reprint. The recipient will receive an email with a PDF attachment which should be printed from their home or office.

*Once you forward or reprint your tickets your STM Card will not be valid for entry to that specific game. However, it will still act as your ticket for entry to future games.

Q: What if my STM Card is lost or stolen?
A: In the event your card is lost or stolen please contact your Client Services Manager or Client Services at 813.301.6800. The remaining tickets on your membership will be printed on paper stock and a new discount card will be issued.

As a Season Ticket Member you have the ability to sell future games through TeamExchange. Once you have sold your tickets, 90% of the earned credit will be applied to your Storm account to be used towards next year’s season tickets or additional Storm regular season or playoff tickets.

*Once you resell your tickets your STM Card will not be valid for entry to that specific game. However it will still act as your ticket for entry to future games.

If you have tickets that you can’t use, or just like to donate to a good cause, you can now do so quickly and easily online. Simply log onto “My Storm Account”, select the ticket(s) you wish to donate, then select “Donate Tickets”. Your tickets will be donated to the Lightning Foundation. Please make donations a minimum of 72 hours prior to the game.

All XO VIP Club, PNC Bank Club or Promenade Season Ticket Members receive complimentary replica home Storm jerseys. Each account will receive an equal number of jerseys as season tickets (max of 6). Each jersey will come with the number 9 to show that you are the 9th Man!

You will be able to personalize your 9th Man jersey with your name on the back by going to the Lightning Locker during any home game. Cost for personalization is $20 per jersey.

You can pick up your jersey on non-game days and Storm game days from the Metro PCS Client Services Lounge.

• Weekday Game Days: 9am – beginning of the 3rd quarter 
• Weekend Game Days: 4pm – beginning of the 3rd quarter
